SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We deliver to your shipping address by our assigned courier service provider. Product(s) are dispatched from distribution center. Delivery normally takes up to four (4) working days or it could be up to seven (7) working days for certain rural areas, delivery excluded East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) as per now. The delivery fee is fixed and is calculated by the size and weight of the product(s), plus the delivery location. All the delivery costs will be automatically calculated in checkout and displayed as a line item in your costs.
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver one order to multiple delivery addresses. In this instance, you must order product(s) separately and assign the different delivery addresses to each.
If you are unable to receive delivery of your product(s) in person or if you haven't received them within a reasonable period, for further instructions.
For disposal of old product(s), as all product(s) will be delivered by assigned courier service provider whosoever provide delivery services only, no disposal service will be provided. Product(s) returns must be done within fourteen day (14) working days after received a confirmation email of the claim from us. The reasons of exchange strictly eligible as below only:
- 1. Incorrect Product(s) delivered from your purchase.
- 2. Damaged found upon received or within inspection period, seven (7) days after receiving.
With this, exchange standards shall as below:
- 1. The product(s) must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging, selling condition and original sealed with all the original accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificates and authenticity) and any gifts bundled.
- 2. The product(s) must not have been unpacked, used or installed.

If the exchange if valid, our assigned courier company will pick up the product(s) at the assigned date and time.
A : For Exchange (For Small Product(s)) - you will receive an confirmation email if the claim is eligible. A replacement unit will be arranged and delivery to your shipping address, and the same time we will pick up the returned product(s).
B : For Exchange (For Large Product(s)) - you will receive an confirmation email if the claim is eligible. A replacement unit will be arranged and delivery to your shipping address, and the same time we will pick up the returned product(s).
We would like to have the best possible online shopping experiences, our customer(s) should not have to pay for any shipping charges. In the unlikely event that a product(s) is returned to us in an unentitled for the claiming conditions, we may have to return it to you. B : For Manufacturing Defects (For Small Product(s)) : you will receive an confirmation email once the evaluation is done. If the claim is valid, we will arrange pick up from your designed shipping address. We will send a notify email once we received the product(s) at our end. We will progress with product inspection and product reassembly whichever required and returns the product(s) once it’s ready by the date and time assigned by you.
C : For Manufacturing Defects (For Large Product(s)) : you will receive an confirmation email once the evaluation is done. If the claim is valid, we will arrange on site product(s) inspection, reassembly whichever required by the date and time assigned by you.
Product(s) must be deemed faulty or defective by our service department. This may include inspection of the product(s), arranging for the product(s) to be sent for reassembly, or providing you with a replacement. We reserve the right to reject any refund & exchange deemed unfit or unreasonable.
Should you request for a refund after cancelling or returning your purchase, the process will take up to Fourteen (14) working days upon the approval date of cancellation of purchase.
